These terms apply to your use of newhomeclosersacademy.com and the guides you download from it. The site is run by New Home Closers Academy ("NHCA", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms.

The content is general information

Our guides, pages and emails share general frameworks for selling new homes, house and land and off-plan. They are not financial, legal or personal advice, and they don't take your circumstances into account. Results depend on your market, your employer and how you apply the material.

No guaranteed results

We don't promise any particular sales, commission or income outcome from using our content or joining the program. Any figures used as examples are illustrations only.

Our commitment: conditions

The Elite Closer Program commitment is a service commitment to keep working with you. It is not a promise of results. It applies only if you have attended the coaching sessions, applied the method on your live deals and tracked those deals. If you have done all three and you're not signing extra deals by day 90, we keep coaching you until you are. As a final safeguard, we run a deal of yours alongside you and close it, and the commission is yours. Nothing in this commitment changes the "No guaranteed results" section above.

Our content

The site, guides, frameworks, text, design and logos belong to NHCA or are used with permission. You can read, download and print them for your own use. You can't copy, resell or republish them, or use them to run a competing program, without our written permission.

Enquiries and the program

Making an enquiry doesn't create any obligation on either side. If you join the 90-day program, separate terms apply and you'll receive them before you sign.

Using the site properly

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, scrape it, submit false information or interfere with how it runs.

Links to other sites

We may link to services we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content, and the site is provided as is.

Privacy

How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The latest version will always be on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any dispute goes to the courts of Western Australia.
